Returns and Refunds

If the service at MEDUSA's official store is not suitable, you can return it within 7 days. (Excluding custom-made products)

You can receive a 7-day return and exchange service if the following conditions are met.

1. The clothes are the wrong size or show signs of damage.

2. When returning or exchanging a product, we guarantee the integrity of the product and return any free gifts/labels/original warranty, etc.

3. There should be no signs of washing, no odor, and no signs of damage.

No returns or exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are not available for products that have been washed, processed, or have had their holograms destroyed while worn.

All exchange items must be returned and re-photographed, and we are not responsible for lost items returned without requesting a return. Returns that do not meet the conditions will be rejected, so the buyer should contact the courier to retrieve them.

Due to the nature of the fabric of knitwear, problems such as beads becoming deformed and hair falling out cannot be completely avoided depending on the situation, so if you are concerned, please be careful.

Wool clothing cannot be washed in any form of water, and is provided for professional dry cleaning as it destroys the dough and plate. Problems with the product caused by errors in washing or use are not within the scope of after-sales service.
